Googling "NUCRP-4" came up with the page in the link below. Read the last post.

QUOTE from site in link below: 99% of the time this is not malware, it is an automatic Windows Update issue, try what I suggest HERE.

Svchost.exe Problems
on: May 16, 2007, 04:40:12 pm

If you are one of the many people experiencing problems with svchost.exe using 100% of your cpu usage and then possibly crashing your pc you are not alone. This is an issue with Automatic Updates from Microsoft and they are aware of it and have posted a patch to fix it. It usually occurs when using Microsoft Update rather then Windows Update, it is caused when your pc is being scanned for updates for all Microsoft products rather then just Windows updates. The first thing to do is install the two patches Microsoft has released, the first patch is WSUS version 3 and the second is Hotfix 927891. Download and install both of these patches and then reboot your pc, then go to Microsoft Update and do all of the latest updates for your Microsoft products. This should fix the problem for the vast majority of users out there, if it does not fix things for you please post a HijackThis 2.0 and post a log here in the forums and I will try and help you resolve the problem.
