Explorer.exe High Cpu Usage When Browsing "my Music"

I am not sure what to do. Anytime I scroll through My Music folder my computer slows down incredibly and even stops if I scroll too fast. I have ran adaware and spybot and cleaned my computer up and it still does it. I have attached a HJT log and Codec Sniper log just in case.
