Swabbity here. I joined after our 25 yr. old nephew blew through town on his way between job assignments and logged onto your site. He was trying to help me fix a really knotty problem; we thought he had done it, but no. So here I am! My next step is to take my computer back to Ground Zero and I don't really want to do that.

Both my husband and his nephew are semi-geeks; I just get along. But this is beyond their skills. And the Microsoft technical sites make my brain throb. My laptop is Lenovo and I don't speak Mandarin.

I hurried up and posted yesterday without an introduction; maybe it was rude but I've been dead in the water for an entire week. Thanks for being understanding.
