ok so here's what's gone down, my computer was acting a bit slow so i ran an virus scan. After the scan had finished it started playing up, for example it would just freez when i logged onto my account and such and another thing is that everytime i logged onto my windows live messenger my computer just crashes. Now i've installed Norton 360 and cleaned up all of the viruses i had (not many) but my computer still crashed every time i log onto my windows live messenger and i don't know what else it could be now that i've cleaned up the visruses. What do i do??
p.s. so i was messing around just saving some pictures in a folder and for some reason like i had two internet windows up and my documents up and i tried to make a new folder and that alone crashed the computer. And it's super slow. Does anyone have any idea what might be wron with it or what i should do to fix it or if this problem can be fix?
