Share your game play experience with the Sims 2. System specs, and expension packs....

My experience, quite poor actually,

I have all expansion packs (inluding Bon Voyage) plus all the stuff packs, and a Pentium 4 2.8Ghz, ATi Radeon 9800 Pro 256mb, 1GB Ram, 80GB HDD, the game would be good if it didn't require high system specs. With all the graphic options off (or minimum possible) its still sluggish and not worth playing....

Who else has this problem???

Anyone tried them on Vista??

Personally I think the Sims is the worst game ever. Not like its that bad, but when you first play it, its fun until you keep doing the same thing over and over. Wake up, eat breakfast, go to school/work, come home, eat dinner, do something (maybe woohoo, I like Futurama's word for intercourse better, snu-snu) "hey baby want to snu-snu?", then go to bed. EA needs to add better features such as mini-games or something. Its so boring watching them, that games actually makes me want to live my life.

No problems when my sister plays the game.

it has been crashing here and there with bon voyage. so i've given up on playing it now. I do agree, there needs to be more for the player to do instead of just clicking here clicking there and nothing else. i'm not the players, someone else is... intercorse should be "Have Sex" or "Make Love" its "M" rated...

I give the Sims 2 a 7.5/10 ...the first 9.5/10 I don't have any expansion packs for the new one though...
