Overclocking My Cpu

I am on a lookout for a guide to overclock my 64-bit CPU?
Does anyone ever had some postive experience or good success oveclocking 64-bit chips
without loosing the main performance?

Could you tell us what kind of cooler you are using your fsb current speed and the speed you want to get at?
My system specs
Small chip that goes fast some spinning things a case, a mouse, and a keyboard and a wonderful rectanlge box of colors.

Overclocking isn't a simple thing - a change in the CPU's clock will affect things throughout the system, from the front side bus, to the memory, the video, etc. Proceed with caution!!! You can easily fry the components.
