Hello and thank you ahead of time. I will gladly donate some money to whoever helps me solve this problem.

I keep getting all sorts of unwanted pop-ups from something called starsdoor. I have gone to my pop-up blocker settings and removed " *.starsdoor " from my allowed sites list, but it somehow keeps adding itself back on and the pop-ups continue.

I saw some other forums about how to fix this problem, but each solution was different so I assume it's personalized for the certain files on someone's computer. I'm not quite sure how to show the files so I can be helped, so I guess in all reality I need to be helped in order to get help. Any one interested in helping this girl who knows next to nothing about this kind of stuff? :flowers:

I am using WindowsXP...it's a dell...I don't know much more :-/
