alright i recently recieved FF8 and i am using Deamon tools for my install.....I installed game and did the patch thing and it is still telling me to insert disk one........I even changed the reg of it to G where i mounted disk 1 like it ask and still nothing....

Now if you mount disk 1 it brings me to another file where it has land etc but the main one wich is 784 mb the rest kb lets me know its the first cd....it says disc1.pak so i tried to deamon tooling it to my second drive under deamon and still nothing.....If anyone can help out with this matter like fixing it lol then that would be cool as bleep...cause i havent played this one yet

The Daemon Tools may not be able to correctly read the emulated disc or copy protection. Did you install the game from the emulated drive or from the actual CD? I used a similar program, Alcohol 120, and I would get this message if I installed from a CD instead of the emulated drive.
