OK,
I inserted a Layer behind text in GoLive 9 and it doesn't show in IE7, but that's the only browser I'm using right now.
Will dowload FF later and test. The code has a Layer Object, and I don't know if IE7 supports this or if I need to use the
BG Object with a color=property/attribute.

Any help here would awesome.

OK fixed that last part on my own. But Now I keep getting a scroll bar in the page if I lay the layered background to fill the page. If I go just short of the page then IE7 displays white space around the edge of the layer, albeit very little but it's Annoying to say the least.
