After a recent system "upgrade" half a dozen computers have been playing up. The upgrade included moving the DNS/DHCP/WINS server from Linux to Windows Server2k3, note that we are using a workgroup rather than a domain. The machines are having problems accessing network shares on particular computers.

Machine (A) can't see or access machine ( in the network neighborhood.
They can't reach the machine via run \\ComputerName however they can access run \\computerIP.
The weird part is they can ping computer by both name and IP.

Machine (:flowers: can see and access machine (A)
I have checked that B is in the workgroup
It can also see and aceess computer ©

Machine © a random "full function" computer
Can't see B in workgroup but can see A
It can access both computers share via run \\ComputerName or ComputerIp

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
