i have this annoying pop up in my lower display shaped like a shield (red) w/ a question mark and an X on it, i have tried to delete it, search under files to delete it and i can't right click it to delete it, my boyfriend somehow accidentally downloaded drivecleaner and now it won't go away! help help help

try running smitfraud fix... do a search i know there are direction for it on here somewhere.... i ran it before for the same problem and it cleared it off
