My Grandad lives in Portsmouth and I live in Southampton.

He has a few problems with his PC and it's a bit difficult talking over the phone trying to explain something.
I have installed VNC Free Edition and I don't know how to use it. How do I??

Thanks

deanpcmad

Let someone else do the setup. I use LogMeIn Free. I have it setup for almost all of my family and many friends. It is a free solution that is fairly painless.

With Logmein you can access your computer anywhere in the world but with RealVNC you have to use the same connection as the remote computer so overal LOGMEIN is BETTER
