I'm unable to log on to a variety of sites: Hotmail, my bank, B&H Photo, the U.S. District Court, Fidelity Investments, etc.

I can get to the home page of each without a problem, but when I attempt to sign on to my account I receive an error message: The page cannot be displayed.

I'd be grateful for any help.
