Hi My computer is giving me hell to put it bluntly the latest issue is that all of a suddden' I cannot open any E mailed JPG FILES either sent to myself or recieved! They arrive as Attchments with the "Word Logo" and when I try and open them Naturally Word tries to open them and then it just comes up with a heap of Data symbols Eg The wrong program is trying to open the Files. I have Pecasa2 and My Pictures's could it be that I have interferred with my settings somwhere ? How do I find which are the problem settings and the how they sould be Reset? I have know doubt that I have inadvertantly done this I don't think it's a Bug any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, :flowers: Dasha

What might have happened is that somehow JPG files have been associated with Word. You need to change the settings so that the JPG files are associated with an image viewing program (the Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer or another one of your choice).
