I keep getting these pop ups telling me about a spyware/trojan virus

Hello fireheat911, I suggest that you run these scans. Let us know how you make out.
Download,install ,update then scan in safe mode with SUPERAntiSpyware
Use the free home user version

You can also run this if you still have a problem.
