Got a little problem...

I just bought the Acomdata 3.5 inch hard rive enclosure 509 usb 2.0

I installed my MAxtor D740X-6L 40 gigs in it.

Problem is when I connect it to my computer I only see 5.75 gigs of it... How can I format this to show me the full 40 gigs?

BTW Running Win Xp on my Acer Aspire 5040

Try looking at the disk in Disk Management to see what's taking up the rest of the space. Go to Start...Run...and type in"diskmgmt.msc" without the quotes) and press Enter.
