Hi and welcome,

It does not appear you are runing an antivirus program.
How is the machine for stabilty? meaning do you crash lots or seem to be OK cept for the added internet activity you can't trace yet?

Your Norton expired?
I don't see anything remaining of it except a few BHO items.
No active antivirus components.

If no AV is isnstalled you run a big risk of getting infected.

If fair stable lets get an antivirus on here for at least basic protection which should help keep the majority of craps out.

Few freebies to choose from that work well: (only install this if Norton is no longer active)

Install only ONE, update it, run full scan with it and let it quarentine/fix whatever it wants:

Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

AVG:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

AntiVir:
http://www.free-av.com/antivirus/allinonen.html

Once done that please post a fresh hijackthis log here and let me know how machine is running.
let me know also if your antivirus can't remove something.

I think I'm infected because there are so many internet activties
on my laptop

Can you expand a little on this? What do you mean? What kind of activities are yoiu seeing that you figure you should not?

Sorry about all the questions but these just help me pin down a little better what the problems may be.

Thanks
I'll have an order of massive trojan attack please with a side order of rootkit and virus dip.
Pre-course order of fresh spyware salad please with a side order of polymorphic dressing.
And to drink...a nice tall glass of adware!

For dessert; can I have a bowl of the freshest worms you have please?.

Never Give Up!
