I have received a service.exe- application error.

It reads...(The instruction at "ox7c913bd4" referenced memory at "0x0000000f". The memory could not "read")
Then a second box/window opened and it read "System shutdown Status code 1073741819.

I'm trying to correct the problem but unclear how to do so...please assist?!
Thank you

Please check your Event Viewer for more info about this error. Go to Start...Run...and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Check both the Application and the System logs for errors around this time. Double click on the error in order to read the details (and let us know what they are).
