I recently went to Trend House Call. When it was finished it said I had 5 threats that couldn't be removed. They are ADW_ALTNET.C, ADW_TOPSEARCH.A, AND ADW_ALTNET.E. Could someone please tell me how to get these off my computer

Download Spybot S&D. Install and update the program. Restart your computer in safe mode. Start Spybot. Click Check For Problems. Let Spybot run until it has completely scanned your system. Click Fix selected problems. If spybot wants to run again at system startup, select YES. Restart your machine, and let us know the results.
