What should I do? every time I access a web page that has a virus or malware scanner Or the HJT log and malware board Firefox and internet explorer close out. Super Anti Spyware Remover closes itself as the HJT. The only thing that runs is AVG as far as scanning goes when the computer is running normally. I got into safe mode and everything opened so I ran SASR and AVG and AVG found nothing but SASR got rid of something, but my browsers still close out. I also forgot to mention my task manager refuses to open. What should I do? I double posted similar information on my post and it helped get a few posts, but I still haven't had a reply =/

Hi ICYcold,

I see you were are working with one of the Hijack Team members on a Log that was posted back in June,07.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/94936/task-manager-wont-come-up-and-extremely-bad-fps-in-computer-game/

I will merge the Hijack log you have just posted with the above Topic, since those were the last instructions from the HJT Team member.
Then you can continue working on This HJT Log.

Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.

Hi ICYcold,

Seeing as you have an open HJT log posted in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum, you shouldn't make any changes to your system.
Doing so, could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.

At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

I'm closing this topic until you are cleared by the HJT Team.
If, after your log has been cleaned, you still need help, please PM a Moderator and we will re-open this topic.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
