hi i was just wondering if anyone knows of any software out there that can monitor how much is downloaded on my network and if there is one that logs all information sent over it????????/ as i haven't got a clue what i am looking for

Try this: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/down2home.html you can set a limit on what you can download per month and it will warn you when you are getting near, i used it when i had limit on how much i could download from my isp.
