Help, when I go to the Microsoft windows down load site, the web page just hangs there and after a few minutes the task bar at the bottom of the screen goes white. I "control, alt and delete" to delete this web page. Although the broadband connection is still live, I cannot access ant web pages or my Outlook 2003 e-mail. I'm using Nortonís Internet Security, and I have switched off the firewall, the problem still exists.

Also and I believe it is connected I get the following error as I boot up;

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close

Error : c:\document 1\HP_owner\locals\temp\werda5adir00\svchost.exe.mdmp

Hi jachin. I tried accessing their site today. I believe their servers were having severe problems. Try again tomorrow. I hope all their techs won't take the weekend off.
