My Windows XP Home edition PC has been receiving Windows Security Alert pop-ups stating the following: Warning! Potential Spyware Operation! Your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and intenet files. Run full scan now to pervent (misspelled) any unathorised (also misspelled) access to your files! Click Yes to download spy remover. This message was appearing every 5 minutes or so. I downloaded and ran SuperAntiSpyware and it detected 10 Trojan.Net-AVP/AVT, 22 Trojan.NET-Explore/DND, 1 Tojan.Downloader-Ger/NoMultiTask, and 281 Adware.Tracking Cookies. After quarantining all of the above, I was unable to restart in normal mode. I went back and enabled 4 items that were noted "do not delete". I was then able to start in normal mode. Should I now permanently delete the quarantined items? I have not gotten the pop-up since, and things seem to be working OK. Should I run any other anti-spyware programs? I would appreciate your advice.

You should use the Preparation Guide for use before posting a hijack this log. It sounds like you have some major issues.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
