Hello everyone i could use some help i believe i'm just about done removing Ultimate Defender from my pc and i'm going through all the steps...now on step 20 of the tutorial, it says to go to Panda Online and allow it to do the scan which i did. Part 10 of step 20 it says that when download is complete, click on Local Disks to start the scan. Now when i do this, it only redirects me to a small window asking me to the exact same thing. It won't do the scan at all for the local disk, but not sure what i'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Panda only works in IE. Did you allow the activex control needed for the scan?
If you did and it is still not working, I suggest you use one of the two online scanners below.

Yeah i did allow the activex control work, so I'm still confused why it wouldn't allow me to choose what to scan without opening another window. Thanks for the links though I'll try them!
