Hi there,

apparently my computer has been infected with the Virtumonde spyware, which causes IE windows to pop up. Also, the performance of my computer has deteriorated significantly. This has been entirely my fault, my anti-virus subscription ran out while I was on the road and I never renewed it or got me a free one. All the while using IE instead of a different browser.
Anyway, I've read my way through several forum threads regarding Virtumonde. I used Spybot Search & Destroy and VundoFix, both in normal and safe mode. While they worked really well to remove all the additional malware that Virtumonde added, they don't seem to get to the root. Windows keep popping up and the performance is still low.
Can you guys help me out?
I know this is probably the 10000th case with this problem, but any support is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum Dylan Thomas
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.
