Hi Nice to meet everyone and I am hoping to develop a last friendly place to come to when I think that I have gotten to my last straw, I need some advice and I am wondering where to go to post the question that I have to ask. anyway I am Kinda and its nice to meet you all again, I am a self taught computer person so am not all that profound in usage and terminology, but I do my best/ :thumbsup:

For the BBCode...

You should select the text that you wish to 'edit' or change and THEN click the desired effect. That way the tags wrap around the text using it properly.

Virtually every dell can be looked up through the help and support link at their web site, make sure that you have the service tag number, as this makes the process a lot easier. Dell Help and support
