I Need Recoverydisk(s) For A Packard Bell Multimedia E153

I have a Packard Bell Multimedia E153 and need the Recovery Disks for it.
Could someone give me a link to a site whare I can download it and burn it to a CD. Thank you for any answers!

No computer manufacturer ever made recovery disks available for download.
Since the recovery cd contained the OS it would be illegal for them to do so.

Packard Bell US has been gone for well over 10 years. I think they still exist in Europe though.

Looks like that system was P150 with 16 megs of ram & Windows 95 originally
What is the issue with the system?
In the beginning there was the command line.

My hard drive failed so I had to replace it.

Do you know your hardware specifications? RAM, Processor?
