Adware Found In Spyware Search

Hi -- I have run a spyware scan and it found addclicker.oddbot, conducent FlexPak, and EliteMedia are they anything to worry about. Ignore or remove them?

Remove them. In to many cases, they lead to popups, which have been known to download other malware, even though the popup has been closed.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

if it's something you even have to question, unless you're a newbie at this type of stuff, remove it. Anything that sounds like it's corporate or relating to media, ads, entertainment, etc, it's more safe then not to remove it. (That's just my general rule)
