Could we get some information about your computer, such as the make/model, your hardware, etc?

If you have a name brand computer, like HP or Dell, etc you can head over to their support website with your model number and they should be able to provide the stock drivers that came packaged with it.

if it's not a name brand, you'll want to find out what make/model your soundcard/onboard audio is.

Let us know.
