well after a few hours of reading and downloading several programs etc the pc is running better already
can anyone find out in the log above though

still got probs m8 after downloading about 5 programs for the malware/adware virus's etc
still get the internet pages sometimes hanging,ive got no sound at all ive delete drivers/reboot/install new/reboot but still nowt
