Was considering using the new (to Microsoft) product MS Antispyware for some desktop PC's on our network. I do not like the fact that there are so many areas that can be accessed from the advanced tools area. Does anyone know of a way to grey out or diable any part of this area, or is it impossible.

Take a look at the BC tutorial:

Bear in mind that this is a BETA release, so the user interface may change, and currently it is not a substitute for Spybot or Ad-AwareSE, both of which are more frequently updated.
Regards,
John
