Opening Powerpoint

I downloaded a viewer called ppviewer.exe and xlviewer.exe When I receive one of these attachments, how do I use the viewers to open it?

When you have an email with a Powerpoint (ppt) or Office Excel (xls) attachment, click on the file and choose Open With.
You may need to click on the icon in the program box to get you to Program Files first.
Select the type of viewer from Program Files.

Then select Do this Automatically for Files Like This From Now On.

Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
