Recently experiencing problems with viewing some, but not all, digital camera videos in files and on CD or DVD. Videos already in Windows Media Player Library work. Videos in My Documents or My Pictures files do not work.
Media Player comes on but have only sound and no video. Black full screen comes on with floating message "FREQUENCY OUT OF RANGE". Had never had this problem until recently. Also have tried to uninstall the WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER from programs but it keeps saying it is going back to previous version, but problem still exists.
