i have avast antivirus and it says i have his virusas above i have put it into the chest and it remains quarantined i don't know what to do next, i have had several problems with my computer i was adviesed to run a hijack this log and i did can anybody help please and show me how o get my hijack this log up to help me out as i dont know what to delete fromit, also many apologies my T button is temperamental

Please don't try to delete anything in your Hjt log.
