ok i cant use ANY of my files including control panel and welcome center. awhile live one care told me i have a trojan virue and it cant find it. HELP!!!

i didnt go on porn i was downloading a game that my friend sent me and it told me i got the dang virus

I wouldn't use OneCare but try this program download it a run a full scan http://www.superantispyware.com/superantis...efreevspro.html

I agree with Monty007. Your first step should be to install, update, and fully scan your hard drive with another Anti-virus (AVG is free) and an Anti-spyware (SuperAS is very good, and also free). Let both these applications quarantine whatever they find.
Reply with the results, and we can proceed from there.

I agree also the fact of this beeing a virus or a similar thing, trying a online scan will be a great idea, althou I would recomend Panda's. In the left middle side of this page you can read Shotrcuts in this part you have a submenu where you can read Free online scan. Click on it and do it.

You can also try a system restore to a time before the issue started, this will help too.
