Reformated And Cant Connect To Wifi

I reformatted my computer and i realized i dont have a driver/software cd. I downloaded the driver from the dell website exec the exec file for the wireless internet and nothing happens. I try to run the dell wireless wlan card utility but nothing happens.

Create a folder called Dell_Drivers and place the NIC drivers there. Next go to the Device Manager and locate your NIC in Network Adapters. Go into the properties and select Reinstall Drivers. Select the Option to pick a specified location when prompted.Browse to the folder the drivers are located in.
If it is a driver issue this should resolve that.
