ok so im ready to order my parts in bout a month im moving so im gonna wait till im settled in and not useing my uncles dial up ill be running a T2 connection i think my dad says its a 10MB connection idk what it means but heres my final list hopefully

thats it ill have like 600 gigs of hard drive space cuz i also have a 200 gig in my room right now i have plans in the future to run sli hence the mobo psu and ram would u guys give this a go or a no go i would order from new egg but i dont feel like trying to pursuade my grandparents to use there card on the internet and they wont get me a refillable visa the total comes round to 2500 USD plus shipping is this a good price for this pc?

3 things, none of which are problems but preferences: you don't need that much power. 10K drives are a lot more expensive than some 7200's that are matching them in speed. media center edition has lots of compatibility errors. why do you want MCE in the first place?

well i didnt know that MCE had compatablity issues there ill switch to xp home and the 10k drive comes in just for that fact that i had money to spare and i really wanted one do u think im over doing it ? i also forgot to add that i already have a dvd rw drive that burnd cds and dvds and also play dvds and cds i also have a cdrom drive and a cdrw drive

i probably over-reacted MCE has SOME compatibility errors. and as for the 10k drives, the price:performance ratio on them is not as good as some newer 7200's right now, which are also much cheaper.

so should i drop the 10k drive and get another like 250 or bigger drive or spend the money on a better graphics like a 640mb 8800 or what ?

If you have the money yea drop a 10k and upgrade to 8800GTS. Try out THIS hard drive.
