Hi - I am having trouble with a persistent browser hijacker. The similar topic was closed, that's why I'm opening the new one

There are a few servers that when I try to go to them, the browser says 'contacting ..... (the server I clicked on), then switches to 'contacting xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (numeric IP)', then spins off into a random named server. The named server frequently appears to be a 'spinner', as it will frequently shoot me to another named site that will come up, frequently to a sex search on google. This also happens when trying to click on seemingly random google results. My home page is unaffected, and this happens the same on all of my browsers (IE, FF, NS)

Below is my HJT logfile - I cleaned up a few things myself, to no avail. Hope y'all can help. Thanks!
