Hi!

I am a noob.
First time poster, long time reader.
I've used BC many times for advice, knowledge, and insite, but now I am having severe issues that I cannot fix alone.
I know the level of experienced users here far outways my own inept pc knowledge. ;)
I know I am in good hands.

Kindest Regards~

Hi spacekitten, to Bleeping Computer.

Please check out the New User Orientation section to help get familiarized with how the board works.

There is also a really good Tutorials section that has lots of useful information.

Hi John, and thank you!

Hello, again, Papakid!
Thank you! My avatar made it farther in the astronaut field than I did! hehe
Yes, I finally posted my troubles.
I wanted to make sure I had done all the proper tests and AV checks before I posted prematurely.
Maybe I will catch you in the chat again, and thank you "in person" for your advice.

Kindest regards~

Hiya spacekitten, Nice to make your aquaintance.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook

Hi Spacekitten and welcome aboard. Hopefully you can get your questions answered here and never have to talk to symantec again. Just curious here, what occasion warrants fireworks?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Hi Commander Gman *salutes* and thank you!

Hi dc3! Symantec's help was so disappointing, makes me wonder why I pay for their security. Perhaps I should consider a change.
As for the fireworks, I believe we are celebrating our fire department's 100th anniversary.
Then again, it could be just that it is Saturday. hehe.
My local community seems to set off a major fireworks display for any old reason. Not that I am complaining, they are visually stunning.
