What is the make and model of your computer and what type of keyboard do you have? One thing you can try is to reinstall the keyboard driver.

I have a G15 gaming keyboard.. Apparently something about trying to uninstall Maplestory is giving me issues.
I did a system restore and now I have a working keyboard, but if I try to uninstall it again, the error comes back. I have no clue how to prevent that.

Maybe try uninstalling Maplestory in Safe Mode. If that doesn't work you could try uninstalling Maplestory and then reinstalling your keyboard driver to see if that solves the problem.

Try uninstalling Maplestory, then reinstalling the G15 keyboard drivers.
