Hi, about 3 weeks ago there was this video on YouTube were a guy explained how to hack someones e-mail. I tried that for some reason and followed the tutorials from the video. Then it turned out the poster was fooling us and either sent us a virus or hacked in our computer when we followed the tutorial.

I've tried to find that video but can't find it on YouTube.

Anyways since then the computer has worked extremely slowly and when I click on the Program Manager and then Processor to see which programs are running I find a program named Firefoxupdate.exe. I have never seen that program before and I don't use or have Firefox on my computer. And some how a program called mIRC starts on the start-up even though I have that program but haven't even opened it for a couple of months. And when I try to change the options for mIRC so it woun't start on the start-up I can't because there aren't even that option. And then I tried to uninstall it but I couldn't to that either.

I use AVG and have the Firewall active and when I scan it doesn't find viruses.

I appreciate all help.
