Need Help With My Brawser Cursor And Typing Speed!

I have problem with movement of my cursor like forward/ backward and my typing appears after few second.I have changed the speed of my keyboard stroke, mouse, everything that I could think have something to do with this problem.No problem when I am not browsing or I am connected.
I am one day old new born to your bleepingcomputer world, where can I found your respond?please help

In addition to what kind of internet connexion you are using, what browser do you use?
