OK My Mom's copy of iTunes is not working. When I Google the error code which usually works for me, it comes up with a C++ .NET problem. Obviously this can have nothing to do with it since it's working downstairs on another computer. I get the following.
Exception Information
Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x000000000
Record: 0x000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000010001040
I probably have an inaccurate # of zeroes, but I really can't tell, there's way too many. Can anyone help?

Generally this is a memory access violation. Most commonly it's caused by a corrupted program trying to use memory in a way that Windows doesn't like. I'd suggest uninstalling iTunes and then install a freshly downloaded copy.

If this doesn't work, post back and we'll have some more suggestions.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I already tried that. I was wondering if you guys think it should work if I bring up the working copy from downstairs and paste it over this iTunes that isn't working?

Yes, same error. Do you think I could copy the iTunes from downstairs and bring it up here and see if it works?

LMAO I figured it out. OK, so when I updated Quicktime, I had my Archos plugged into the computer and was downloading some programs to it. Well, turns out when I updated Quicktime, it saved the new drivers to my Archos, so it only works when the Archos is plugged in! I'll find the drivers and put them in the right place.
