Infected - But Unsure What It Is

My Symptoms:
1. Experiencing rapidly flashing images on webpages that use Adobe Flash?
Error Message Reads: Iexplore has caused an error in FLASH9D.OCX
2. Extremely slow startup when powering up computer. System is slow to recognize when I click icons on my desktop.
3. Internet browsing has suddenly been very slow (webpages seem delayed). My browser often shuts down after I receive the error message mentioned above.
4. Lastly, every time I power up my PC, I now the get the message that McAfee has recognized something called “Generic Downloader” The message goes on to say that the file cannot be deleted or cannot be cleaned. However, when I press delete, McAfee says the file is deleted but it brings up the same message every time I turn on my computer. I think something maybe corrupted in my startup registry. Please, help.

What I have tried:
I have ran Ad-aware, SpyBot, and also McAfee VirusScan.
I have cleaned my Internet cache.
