My system is running XP and I was on my email when it froze on me. I tried to shut down that program and nothing. I then held down the power button to shut it down. I restarted the system and now the monitor doesn't come on and the system wont' start. The only thing that starts is the fan. I tried to bypass the UPS and that doesn't work either. What could be my problem?? Please help
