Hello...I'm running into this error message each time I start my computer...running XP Home Edition SP2...Tried google and get plenty of information but all want to provide the reg scan type programs which I'm reluctant to use..Any thoughts..

1) Search your computer for the file Mfc71.dll to see if it's on your system or not.
2) Uninstall your wireless Broadcom software and network card, then reinstall them using a freshly downloaded copy. Reboot and it "should" work! :thumbsup:
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

John...thanks for the steer...the MFC71.dll is on my computer and I tried the download and replacement but it results in a version error. No problem with finding my dell wireless card driver but where do I find the broadcom software.

Depending on the version of your software (Dell should know more about this), you can download it from here: http://www.broadcom.com/support/
