I would like to change the language in windows vista home premium from Spanish to English. I have tried to do this in regional settings etc but it makes no difference.
I have heard this is only possible in the Ultimate and higher versions of vista .
If this is the case, will it be cheaper to buy an English version of vista home premium or upgrade to Ultimate and what would be the method of installing.

Only Enterprise and Ultimate can change languages.

To find out which is cheaper you'll have to shop around and see what the prices look like. See what the upgrade price is here.
