 Hi folks I'd just like to say Hi as I've just joined this minute. I'd never heard of this place; I only clicked on it to have a look at the Tutorials, as they were advertised in the group I'm a member of. my name's John, and I live on the East Coast of the UK in North East Lincolnshire for my sins, as it's a dump, but somebody has to live there. My computer knowledge is not a lot to damn all. I'm one of the technically impaired folk lol. Hope to meet you all soon.
Cheers,
John

Hi John, happy to hear from you. :trumpet:

East Coast UK?
West Coast US sayin' howdy. :flowers:

Love your description of North East Lincolnshire.
We have a place in town (Tacoma) called the Lincoln District.
Pat couple decades it's become an international district.

President Lincoln's statue sits among flags of the Far East.
Pool Halls, Thrift Stores, a cafe called "the Flying Boots",
Wok Inn diners & Dentist Offices.

Used Cars & Towing Companies.

Ya' gotta good sense of humor, as we all need
in our respective environments.

Then there are Computers...

Hi ABC and welcome to BC.
Everytime our members tell us where
they are located, I think about getting
one of those big cork boards with a map
of the entire world on it so that I can put
a pin everyone's location. I'd be buying
pins by the gross, eh?
Please let us know if there is anything
we can help you with or advise you about.
Our tutorials are a great place to start.
Enjoy your visits with us.

 Hoowdy Gang. Thanks for all the welcoming messages. Apologies for not replying sooner, but I've not been online much, and with all the hassle on msn and trying to get into groups on broadband yet taking about 2 minutes to change a page, plug the dreaded white screen, & such frustrations I honestly forgot about this place. I did check out the tuts, and I learned quite a bit about Adaware SE, and I had had it on the wrong settings, but thanks to the tut I'm on full alert now. :flowers: Plus the microsft antispyware beta also I've learned how to use it to its best facilities. Now is the time to start exploring. lol
Cheers,
John
