Hi! I am having a problem with this annoying piece of software. I accidentily downloaded Video ActiveX Access and now I have this annoying pop-up in my task bar.
I removed the folder it had created, which fixed the high-jacking of my homepage and the annoying toolbar. However, I don't have a clue as to how I can remove the pop-up. Can anyone help me with this?

P.S. Here is my HighJackThis log:

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum tboer
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri), to your desktop.
Double click on Smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option 1 Search, by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy and paste the content of that report into your next reply.

*IMPORTANT*
Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE using the F8 method.
To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly.
A menu will appear with several options.
Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".

Double click on Smitfraudfix.cmd
Select #2 and hit Enter to delete the infected files.
You will be prompted: 'Do you want to clean the registry?' answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): 'Replace infected file ?' answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process.
The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Post the smitfraudfix report into your next reply.

Copy and paste ALL the following blue text in the Quote box below into Notepad.
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: CFScript to your desktop.

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\blzyp.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nttc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tmxxxh.dll
Registry::
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\Components\0]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\SharedTaskScheduler]
"{70d17a5f-ef27-4295-90f5-20ad6f24834f}"=-
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{70d17a5f-ef27-4295-90f5-20ad6f24834f}\InProcServer32]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\{70d17a5f-ef27-4295-90f5-20ad6f24834f}\InProcServer32]

Now drag then drop the CFScript file onto ComboFix.exe as seen in the image below.

This will start ComboFix again.
After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.

Hi again,
My computer appears to be running quite well at the moment. The annoying pop-up is gone and it seems almost "more stable" if that makes any sense.

Here are the two logs
