ok so i have a dell and my background has an error it says that Microsoft windows has experienced a problem. evry time i try to reset it or restart my computer it comes back up. i also can't use Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, or hear sound from a website. i am currently using AOL to be online. i have another error message related to my desktop here is the tech code. i know it is alot but anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

CAC4C9C5CFC9CCD.exe looks suspicious.

Also, cfg32.exe and cfg32a.exe can be associated with malware infections (I didn't check every process, just a few).

I would suggest running some anti-virus and anti-spyware scans.
